The following terms (“Term Sheet”) apply to the Job Description Builder product and are incorporated by reference into the applicable Service Order and form part of the Agreement between JobTarget and the Client, along with JobTarget’s General Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as set forth in the Service Order. This Term Sheet further applies when you use or purchase Job Description Builder through JobTarget’s website. JobTarget may modify these terms at any time. By continuing to use JobTarget’s services, you are agreeing to any such modified terms.
Services
The following terms apply to the Job Description Builder product:
- Job Description Builder utilizes artificial intelligence (“AI”) through OpenAI’s API to provide information and suggestions based on the user’s input and other data that may be provided by JobTarget or other sources. The generated responses are not guaranteed to be accurate or error-free. It is the Client’s responsibility to review and verify the generated information to ensure accuracy and suitability.
- The Client agrees to use Job Description Builder for lawful purposes only and not to use Job Description Builder to create job descriptions that are not legitimate, for any types of illegal services, jobs which require any type of payment from a candidate, or in any discriminatory, biased or fraudulent manner.
- Client represents and warrants that any job postings created using Job Description Builder will comply with all applicable laws and regulations and that its job postings do not violate applicable laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s (“EEOC”) regulations, and local, state, federal or other laws prohibiting discrimination of applicants and/or requiring pay transparency. Client further represents and warrants that any content submitted to Job Description Builder will not violate the rights of any third parties, including, but not limited to, infringement of any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right, false advertising, or defamation.
- The information generated by Job Description Builder should not be construed as legal advice or compliant with applicable laws and regulations and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional legal advice. JobTarget makes no guarantee that Client will be compliant with any applicable laws or regulations by relying upon such information.
- Information submitted to Job Description Builder may be used by JobTarget for other business purposes and may be shared with OpenAI or other third parties through usage of the application. OpenAI’s or other third-party terms and conditions may apply. Client is solely responsible for the disclosure of confidential or proprietary information through the use of Job Description Builder.
