Do I have to pay to connect to candidates? To connect with, message, and view contact information for candidates you need to buy Sourcer credits. Each time you unlock a candidate’s contact information, a credit will be deducted.
Can I add my own resume database subscriptions? Yes, JobTarget currently offers the ability to connect to Indeed, Dice, and/or CareerBuilder. Future product releases will likely include additional resume database options as JobTarget continues to expand its partnerships.
Where do the resumes come from? JobTarget’s proprietary database of over 90 million resumes and candidate profiles are sourced from third parties as well as internal candidates.
